Croshaw's Gourmet Pies opened in St George, Utah in 1991. Greg Croshaw, the local college football coach and Ron Lloyd created
the now famous restaurant. Lloyd is credited with the recipes he developed from experience gained while working in a national pie
chain. People from all over the west now come through St. George to taste Croshaw's best pie in town!

Pot Pies Cooking Instructions:
Frozen: 375 degrees in pre-heated oven for one hour, make sure gravy leaking out sides is thick.
Cooked to reheat takes only 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cooked and frozen: takes 55 to 60 minutes to reheat wait to see gravy start to leak out of sides.
